The first step and often the most daunting step is to book your appointment with the Audiologist. Your hearing is our top priority, understanding your hearing history and your concerns are an important part of your appointment with us.

We test your hearing
We use advanced diagnostic equipment to run various tests on your hearing.

(Don’t worry our tests don’t hurt.)

We evaluate your tests
Once we have collected all the relevant information from our tests we are able to understand your hearing and form a diagnosis. Sometimes our findings may lead to more testing or perhaps a specialist referral.

We share our findings
Together we discuss your hearing and the solutions. In our counselling we go through all the options that are available to help improve your hearing.
